Naked?

Posted by Pj Bearblog on Monday, May 31, 2010
Ohhh Please. I've heard of naked bears. After all, we are all furry and don't need clothes, (although I do wear a very special red ribbon). But a mole RAT ?....What is He thinking?  He shouldn't appear in public places like that. ...what? they don't wear clothes? How strange. He looks like a wrinkle dog. (don't tell him I said so!...how very embarassing for him)

Pigeons....To Drive or not to Drive

Posted by Pj Bearblog on Friday, May 28, 2010
From time to time I will post a colourful picture to remind you to read. This one below if taken from Mo Willems book Don't Let the Pigeon Drive the Bus. It's a very funny story. You'll like it. I've heard of bears driving but never pigeons. I'm a pretty good driver myself.......if the vehicle is not in motion.

Rain Rain Go Away...

Posted by Pj Bearblog on Thursday, May 27, 2010
It's been raining cats and dogs here all day long, although I haven't heard any barking, there's a lot of dripping going on. I'm testing my umberella indoors, but I don't think I'll go out, because if I do, it will get all wet.
It is a good day to READ. I will post some more of my favorite books today. They are by Ian Wallace. check them out!

The Last Straw

Posted by Pj Bearblog on Thursday, May 20, 2010
Did you ever hear of the straw that broke the camels back?
Well this is a picture of the last straw that broke the Bear's resolve to not hibernate. I'd had enough already!  I got left on the side of the road and had to hitch hike all the way home--it wasn't happening! I found a dry cave.
That's why I needed that big cup of coffee yesterday. Next time I'm not going with Bruce on his winter trips. I'll stay home...with a good book...by the fire....so there!

Spring has Sprung, Hibernation All Done

Posted by Pj Bearblog on Wednesday, May 19, 2010
Hello Everyone,
I'm back, by popular demand. I overslept...by about two months. I just couldn't help it. What's a bear to do when he's stuck in a snow drift. Hibernate is the only sensible solution. A good cup of coffee will de-fog my brain and get me going again...oh, you'd like a cup too? Have you read any good books lately?  I need to catch up on my reading.
